DockeryOps is a product of Dockery Automations. Dockery Automations provides AI-powered workflow automation consulting and implementation services for businesses. Our services include workflow audits, automation design, development, deployment, and ongoing support as described on this website and in individual project agreements.
Each project begins with a free workflow audit. Upon mutual agreement to proceed, we will provide a written scope of work detailing the automation to be built, timeline, and pricing. Work begins only after both parties agree to the scope.
Project-based work: Payment is due upon successful delivery and deployment of the automation. "Successful delivery" means the automation performs the agreed-upon function as described in the scope of work.
Monthly retainers: Billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial month refunds.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

Clients agree to provide timely access to necessary systems, information, and feedback required for us to complete the project. Delays caused by lack of client input may extend project timelines.
Upon full payment, all automations and custom code built for your project become your property. We retain the right to use general techniques and non-proprietary methods in future projects.
We will treat all client business information, data, and processes as confidential. We will not share your information with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
Dockery Automations' total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
